Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This agreement is made between you (“user” or “you”) and OK Card Empire (“platform” or “we”) governing your use of the OK card website (okkard.com) and related services. By registering an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted all terms of this agreement. If you do not accept any term, please do not register or use the platform.
1. Definitions
Key terms used in this agreement:
- Platform: the online card blind-box store operated by OK Card Empire at okkard.com
- User: a natural person who registers and uses the platform; must be at least 18 years old
- Coins: platform virtual credit obtained through top-ups, usable for draws, market purchases and other in-platform spending
- Points: reward points earned through activities and purchases, usable for in-platform perks or redemption
- Blind box / pool: a random-draw physical card product with a fixed composition, quantity and odds
- Guarantee (“保底”): a pool-level assurance — a minimum coin value per draw, or a guaranteed card on the pool’s final draw
2. Age restriction and registration
You must be at least 18 years old to register; registration requires confirming you are 18+. A valid email address and verification are required. We may require identity verification (KYC) under applicable law, including ID card, passport or home-return permit documents. You must provide true and accurate information; false information may result in restriction or termination of your account. One account per person — transferring, lending or sharing accounts is prohibited.
3. Services
The platform provides:
The platform explicitly does not provide: online buyback / consignment (buyback is handled in-store only); coin/point withdrawal, transfer or cash-out; C2C trades between users (interface reserved, not open); an on-site forum (community runs on Discord).
- Blind-box / pool draws: spend coins for random physical cards
- Marketplace (B2C): platform-operated sales of physical cards, booster packs and more
- Card management: view your won cards under “My cards”
- Shipping: have drawn cards delivered to your address
- Coin redemption: exchange won cards for platform coins (value as shown on the page)
- Points: earn points through purchases and activities for in-platform perks
4. Top-ups and coins
Coins are topped up via ECPay, AlipayHK and other payment channels. Coins are for in-platform spending only — they cannot be withdrawn, transferred to other users, or exchanged for cash. The top-up ratio is shown live on the top-up page.
- Responsible-spending controls: daily/monthly top-up limits (platform defaults + lower self-set limits)
- Mandatory confirmation when daily spending exceeds a threshold; cooling-off period for large purchases
- Self-exclusion: set a voluntary spending freeze period
- Refunds of unconsumed top-ups: refund via the original payment channel at no extra fee; consumed portions are non-refundable
5. Draw rules and guarantees
Every blind box / pool publicly discloses each tier’s prize names, quantities, per-draw odds, disclosure date and rule version — the full odds are viewable before you draw. The guarantee is pool-level, not a personal-draw-count promise, and takes two forms: a minimum coin value per draw, or a guaranteed card on the pool’s final draw; the applicable guarantee is shown on each product page. Draws are pure-probability random; pool totals are fixed and drawn to exhaustion, and the platform does not interfere with results.
6. Shipping and logistics
Drawn physical cards can be shipped or redeemed for coins. Shipping options are shown at checkout; shipping fees are borne by the user unless waived by promotion. We ship within a reasonable time after fulfilment confirmation; carrier transit times are the carrier’s responsibility. Please inspect on delivery — for missing or damaged cards, contact support within 48 hours of receipt with evidence; later claims cannot be processed.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content (site design, text, images, card images, logo, trademarks) belongs to the platform or its rights holders. Physical cards (including card artwork) belong to their respective rights holders (e.g. The Pokémon Company); the platform acts only as a sales channel and claims no IP over physical cards. Commercial reproduction or redistribution of platform content without written permission is prohibited.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
We may immediately freeze accounts, claw back improper gains and pursue legal liability for such conduct.
- Use the platform for money laundering or illegal funds transfer
- Use cheats, scripts or other abnormal means to interfere with draws or operations
- Fraudulently farm points/coins or exploit system vulnerabilities for profit
- Impersonate platform staff or partner stores
- Conduct C2C trades on the platform (not currently open)
- Transfer, rent or sell your account to third parties
9. Disclaimers
The platform makes no promise about secondary-market card values — card values fluctuate with the market, and purchasing or drawing cards is not an investment. In-store buyback is an independent transaction the platform does not participate in or guarantee. Coins/points cannot be withdrawn or cashed out — please spend responsibly and do not top up beyond your means; if in doubt after topping up, contact support promptly for an original-channel refund before spending. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, network failures, policy changes, etc.).
10. Changes to this agreement
We may amend this agreement per law and operational needs; amendments take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the platform and request account deletion.
11. Governing law and disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong SAR.
